It is a good party plot but if we compare it with other party plots with similar kind if size facility and price then we have to admit that they need to spend some money for cleanliness, maintenance and parking space of back side should have a good entry (in terms of flooring and there should not be other material which can be obstructing to the visiters. Other wise lawn was good, washroom was also clean, name board was visible from the main road.
