Dealing with Sanjay bhai was an extremely unpleasant experience. His attitude was rude, insensitive, and highly unprofessional. Sadly, the owner’s behavior was even more disappointing. We chose this hotel for our wedding, trusting them with one of the most important moments of our lives. Instead of receiving support and cooperation, we faced arrogance, carelessness, and complete lack of empathy. The stress and emotional distress caused by their actions were so severe that we were left in tears during our own wedding days. No family deserves to endure such mental harassment during a celebration meant to be joyful and memorable. I strongly urge others to reconsider before entrusting this place with any important life event.

Had a really pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was quick and super friendly. Special mention to Amar Kumar and the entire staff — they were extremely helpful, polite, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

I recently book grand murli marriage hall for my ring ceremony, must say the food was delicious, and while the time off booking the owner guide me so well to set my food menu as it's own son's function , my guest was so happy with the management done by the team .
