I recently attended a BNI session at The Amore and was thoroughly impressed. The banquet layout was perfect for networking, with plenty of space for meaningful 1-to-1s. The AV setup was seamless—which is critical for our presentations—and the staff was incredibly attentive to our schedule. If you’re looking for a venue in Surat that understands the requirements of corporate events and high-level networking, this is it. Highly recommended for any business professional!
The location is great. Rooms are good. They tried to make it great but things are missing. Staffs are not well trained. It's noisy even at midnight. Rooms are spacious. They need to work on seevice. Location is good not too far from wholesale market as well as airport. Over all good hotel.
The worst experience! in over 20 yrs of travel around the world, I haven’t experienced such rude and uncultured staff. The morning front desk manager, Mr Imran Mansoori has no business interacting with any guests. My husband and I (40 yrs of age) travelled from Mumbai to Surat for a wedding and had 2 huge suitcases with us. I was checking in and handed over our id proof. When Mr Imran saw that my surname is different from my husbands, he proceeded to ask me if we were a married couple and if yes, why our surnames were not the same. After which he cross examined me quite aggressively and asked for a marriage certificate without which he refused to process the check in. I finally provided a digital copy of the certificate. This whole interaction happened in front of several other guests and was extremely embarrassing! I would also like to state that a family with a child checked in before me with no such questions were asked to them. As if this interaction was not bad enough, the night manager, Mr Bobby Paswan, is equally obnoxious! I returned from the wedding before my husband and the room key remained with him. When i asked the manager for a key, he asked me when my husband would return with the key! I found this question so strange & told him to just issue a key. When he informed me that an extra key would cost Rs 500! I would like to state that we had asked the morning manager Mr Imran for 2 keys when we checked in and he informed us that only 1 key card works at a time. He didn’t mention that a 2nd key card would be charged at Rs 500! The management needs to train their staff better and fire these 2 individuals for their rudeness and lack of etiquettes! Also pls revise your ridiculous policies to other domestic hotel standards! Pls do not stay here and spoil your holiday. Negative rating to this horrible hotel!
My booking from Agoda, clearly mentioned “Garden View” – however, there is no Garden – hence no Garden View room in the Hotel. Stayed for one night from 12th to 13th Nov-25. Room was small, but OK – Window was facing back side, some abandoned buildings, muddy ground and Hotel’s Air conditioner’s out door units. Bathroom was basic, with platform wash basin. Towels were very old – worn out. No hand towel. Breakfast was limited option buffet, only vegetarian. Limited in campus parking, additionally, wallet parking option was available, but they took the car to rear muddy ground for parking. Basement was there, but customers were not given access. Location is convenient, and is directly accessible from highway – near ONGC / Airport. Restaurant food was just OK – Soup was full of chilly, inspite of telling that we wanted with out spice – could not take it.
We had a pleasant stay in Hotel Amore, Surat, Location is good , Staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast served was almost cold. We had to request them to serve hot breakfast. It took some time for hem to serve. Just a suggestion please server hot breakfast. Breakfast spread was good no doubt about it but cold food can not be enjoyed by everyone. Though this is not a deal breaker as it can be improved. We would love to stay in your hotel again.
