I recently booked Neon-The Disc/Banquets/rooms in Surat, Gujarat for a close friend’s family function, and overall it was a memorable experience with both positives and areas for improvement. The venue itself is spacious, modern, and visually appealing — from the moment guests stepped in, the ambience felt festive and elegant. The banquet halls have great lighting, are air-conditioned, and can comfortably accommodate a large number of people, which made it ideal for our 300+ guest event. One of the standout aspects was the décor and the lighting system. The interior design and layout helped create a stylish setting — not too dull and not overly gaudy, suitable for weddings, receptions, or large celebrations. Many guests complimented the venue’s décor and sound setup, especially in the evening when everything was illuminated beautifully. The staff and service team were generally courteous and cooperative. They helped with basic coordination and ensured that the event ran smoothly from seating to serving. The parking facility and access location are also decent considering it’s centrally located in Vesu, making it pretty easy for guests to find the venue without confusion. On the downside, a few aspects didn’t completely meet expectations. Some guests found the food quality and hygiene to be average, with a few mentioning that certain dishes lacked flavor or freshness compared to other premium venues. There were also occasional delays in service during peak moments of the event — not major, but noticeable. Despite these, the rooms and overnight stay options were comfortable enough, especially for out-of-town attendees. For anyone planning a large gathering with a mix of celebrations and need for accommodation, this place delivers good value overall. Would I recommend it? Yes — particularly if you’re prioritizing space, ambience, and event planning convenience. Just make sure to finalize food tasting and service details in advance to avoid surprises.

Worst experience ever. The venue has the most unprofessional and understaffed management I’ve seen. Promises made were not delivered, even at the last moment, causing unnecessary stress and embarrassment during the event. Yogi from management was completely irresponsible and unavailable, leaving staff clueless about our requirements. The entire team lacks accountability, coordination, and basic professionalism. Instead of support, we faced negligence at every step. This place runs purely on false assurances and poor service standards. Absolutely horrible experience — I would strongly advise against booking this venue for any event.
