This was a truly wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very nice, clean, and cosy, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The food was also delicious with good variety and taste. Yesterday I visited the "Avadh Utopia" with office colleagues. There was a big building of that and exterior was also good. Interior of building was very luxurious with good vibes. Safety & security of that was very good at all. High-class seating area with central air condition. But I am disappointed at that time when I seat at their big hall arround one and half hour there was no facility of drinking water and there was no any sign board for others also like washroom,elevator, etc. So I will request to the management of the hotel to take this steps for their precious guest. Because your hotel in the category of Surat's most luxurious hotels. And your food is very tasty and delicious which was your priority & prosperity also. So mine over all experience at your hotel/club was very good.

Worst hotel ever! Staff that sends you from pillar to post. Extreme unexpected costs for the laundry service. Amenities like the swimming pool and gym can only be used with an €8000 membership! You feel like a number here, not a person. If you want a warm and welcoming stay, I would avoid this place.
