Initially, I had a very disappointing experience. I had chosen a package for 12 newborn photos, but after the shoot, most pictures looked very similar with little variety or creativity. I was even forced to downgrade my package because I couldn’t find enough distinct shots to select from. The lack of effort and professionalism at that stage was quite frustrating. However, after sharing my feedback, I received a personal call from the owner/founder, who genuinely acknowledged my concerns and offered a complimentary photoshoot voucher to ensure customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate this gesture and their willingness to make things right. It’s good to see that they care about improving their service and value their customers’ experiences. I’ll update further after the new photoshoot, but I appreciate the positive response and proactive effort to resolve the issue.
