This was my first order with them, I send them pic of what was ordered and what was received, I received different colors and the quality was not as shown in pic on their website. No one contacted me to notify that they did not have the colors I ordered, they send different colors without letting me know. If I had known I would have cancelled the order. I tried to resolve with their customer service, but they kept ignoring messages, also told me that I was send what I ordered, even after sending pic of the order placed which specified BLACK- but I got green. Then was rudely told that they would NOT give any customer support and I should contact their legal team. What kind of customer service is that! Cannot admit their mistake or even resolve issues.
