I had a really bad experience Sanwaree. To begin with, they don’t even keep sizes till XL, which is surprising for a store of this scale. I ordered a lehenga choli in December for my cousin’s wedding. Since they dont keep Xl size they took an advance payment and promised it would be made. Two days before delivery, I was told it wasn’t ready and asked to come the next week. When I finally went to collect it, the colorof dress was changed, and instead of accepting the mistake, the owner argued badly and insisted it was the same. Even after showing photos of what I had ordered, they blamed it on us. With the wedding just days away, I had no time to shop elsewhere. It was so disappointing, and extremely unprofessional.
