Really poor post sales service. If you are getting perfect product with your size, then buy it but if you are asking them to do fitting, they will ruin the item. I have been there 3 times and still not satisfied and at the end I had to visit my personal designer to fix the dress. Product - ready to wear sari Price - 7500 rs.

We Brought 10 dresses for bridesmaid they weren’t perfect at all had to take back to back for measurements and stuff, they gave me a large dress which was just altered by their tailor when i asked to speak to the manager they refused and asked to me get it back! Don’t recommend at all!! Cant risk it specially for the wedding.
Greatly disappointed. I live in the uk, went to this shop on recommendations and great online reviews. Bought 10 dresses, same pattern for the family. The dresses were 20k each, so not cheap. We sent in proper measurements for each individuals and they promised to accommodate us with made to measure dresses in about a couple weeks. When we received the dresses, they were all bigger sizes(XL,XXL,L) we were all Small, Medium sized people. These dresses were altered to not even close to the measurements we provided. They were all either very tight or very loose. When complaint, they said there is nothing more they can do. Such a shame that we had to get them altered again, for £45/each. Customer service is rubbish and non existent. Would not recommend to shop from here. Rubbish!!!
The salesmen are not interested to show. They're very moody. We found this store online and showed them the exact pieces we wanted. They were least bothered. We left within 10 mins. Don't waste your time!!!!
