Worst experience ever. These people are fraud. They showed me defective saree and said that new piece would be given. They gave the same piece after dry cleaning it. I returned the saree they said they would give me new piece. After following up with them for 15 days they said they dont have that saree and said they will return the money. Again after following up for 10 days and 50 calls they returned my money. Fraud people.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Kapoor Lehenga and Sarees, Surat. We bought a bridal lehenga worth ₹60,000 on 8th November and paid the entire amount on the spot. Despite this, their behavior was shockingly rude and careless. They made us wait for almost 2 hours just for the tailor to arrive and take measurements, even after we clearly informed them that we were getting late and had to return home the same day. We were almost about to miss our bus because of their mismanagement. They had promised that the finishing would be completed and the lehenga would be delivered by 16th November. But when we followed up, they kept talking rudely. Jitni baar call kiya, utni baar sirf “bill bhejo” bolke phone kaat dete. Even after sending the bill multiple times, they never responded. For a bridal outfit, customers expect professionalism, commitment, and respect — but we experienced none of these. Not at all recommended. Avoid to save yourself unnecessary stress and disappointment.
