Very disappointing experience I had a very bad experience at this lehenga store. The salesmen were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they were insulting and talking to customers in a disrespectful tone. No proper guidance, no courtesy, and definitely no customer service. A store selling bridal wear should treat people kindly, but here the behaviour was totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to many other places in Surat and other cities to shop with my family. Out of all, these people are offering the best prices and vast variety for Suits, sarees, lehengas. They will definitely have something that you can’t resist to buy. It’s a one stop shop. Great Experience!

Amazing experience, we went here to see the lehengas for bride and they were having such a beautiful collection, that even I felt like when will I get married? when will I be able to wear something as fabulous as they are showing to us. My special moment was the trial time. But since photos were not allowed, so I was unable to take one, but trust me I never thought that I will look so gorgeous in wedding lehengas, but now i know how I will look on my wedding day. Definitely I will come back and buy something really unique and heavy for my wedding too. I wish I would have been a model, I would have got an opportunity to try all those lehengas then, but no worries I can atleast buy one for my wedding. All thanks to the person who was so kind to show us all the unique designs and later mentioning the price both retail and shop price, I was truly amazed to know that it is all in my budget.
