I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I rented a sherwani for my brother and clearly informed them that I was travelling to Rajasthan. Due to unavoidable travel delays, I returned the sherwani just one day late, and they still deducted ₹500 without any understanding or flexibility. For a customer who rented from them in good faith, this kind of behaviour felt unfair and unprofessional. I expected better customer service and a little consideration. I will not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience
