If we have option to give 00000 reviews AMRUT will definitely qualify for providing pathetic customer service, ridiculous finishing and alterations service. RED ‼️ ALERT 🔔- we went from out of state and bought our sarees and chaniyacholi on 10th November. They promised to polish and do finishing, alterations and deliver all items latest by 17th November. We started getting worried as we didn’t receive none of the items until 20th. After trying to make multiple calls they kept HANGING UP on us. We had to follow up rigorously for 3-4 days to get our items delivered by 24th and chaniyacholi was missing from that package, so we had to start following up for it again. We had to make calls every hour to get updates but NO ONE responded. We kept trying and they just responded 1/15 times we tried to contact them in one day. FALSE promises were made. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. INSPITE of shipping this late, All sarees came without finishing and polishing. Designers refused to take our blouse stitching orders so we had big struggle getting it stitched. WORST AND PATHETIC QUALITY, more expensive than our city and RIDICULOUS service @AMRUT SURAT. LOOK FOR OUR SEPARATE CHANIYA CHOLI REVIEW WHICH IS ANOTHER DISASTER. Highly disappointed for money we spent, poor quality and service for 1 Lac we spent in this rubbish store. STORE is very dirty and unhygienic too. Don’t trust their online videos and reels try to buy from local stores.
