Absolutely terrible experience with this shop. The owner’s attitude is unbelievably rude and disrespectful — he clearly has no idea how to talk to customers. I was short of a few envelopes from my order and simply called to point it out. Instead of listening or helping, the owner refused to take responsibility and spoke in a shockingly bad manner. Such behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this place altogether. There are far better and more respectful shops out there.
