So let me start from scratch... This pick was a random Google search. Our reception was first supposed to be at Country club (open air) but on a decided budget of 1.5 Lakhs (okay we mutually agreed on it) However, due to unmanageable circumstances , our venue got changed from Country club(Country Club backed out on a certain promise) to Panchratna, which already came with a lot (including a new renovation entirely, tables, lights, table covers, tables for spreads), which in turn rules out all of that for us to have, in an open air venue, with NOTHING included vs. a Closed space with all of that But NO he refused to drop the budget cutting costs on lights, tables etc. and our hands were tied to search for a NEW decorator. Getting on to the decorations (have attached just 2 photos for reference, though every single picture has captured it) having meet's and all that nonsense just DOES NOT work with him, because at the end of the day, he will ONLY use the colors he has available.. Our theme was burgundy, peach, beige.. But he ended up using, blue, orange, pink, purple, yellow????? Really??? We pay and you do your own nonsense???? He's always had a comeback answer to when I said I don't want pinks, whites at all. Horrible experience. Not understanding of customers wishes one bit. We had a table system and each table set-up was IN DETAIL discussed . We had to have glass cylinders, of different heights (starting tallest to medium) but he did not do so. He just ended up placing glasses with water???? Just water on each table, which was NEVER a part of table set-up. End of the day, he does his own, based on his availability and resources, with his own excuse. As simple as that. The money was paid in FULL, but still I'm putting my experience out there for everyone to know And not just me that I'm proof to all this, BUT owner of Panchratna and my photographer is proof of it.
