We had ordered a Puran Poli Thali for around 12–15 people, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The taste of the food was awesome, and my entire family loved it very much. Overall, the food quality was excellent and truly delicious. The service was outstanding. I only had to share the address, and they arranged home delivery smoothly (delivery charges were mentioned clearly). What impressed us the most was that no advance payment was taken, which shows great trust and professionalism. The owner is extremely polite, humble, and courteous. The next day, he personally came to collect the utensils, which is very rare these days. We also had a great conversation with him and learned that he has more than 12 years of experience in this business. Overall, I really loved his behavior, treatment, and dedication to service. The biryani had good aroma and authentic taste. The chicken pieces were tender, but a little more spice would have made it even better. Quantity was good for the price. Worth trying again
