Very unprofessional catering service. The team lacked basic knowledge, planning, and coordination. Their dressing and overall presentation were not appropriate for an event. They arrived late, which affected the schedule, and the food counter was closed in the middle of the event without any prior update or announcement, causing inconvenience to guests. We made the mistake of paying 100% advance payment 4–5 hours before the event ended. Despite having a confirmed order for 300 pax per day for two days for the entire day(10am to 7pm ), they later demanded extra money in the evening due to additional guests. However, in the second half of the event, food was already running out, and they were managing with only 10–15 pax as buffer, which clearly shows poor planning on their part. Guest flow was slow and spread throughout the day, which was completely manageable if handled professionally. This mismanagement was entirely from their side. Additionally, theme cupcakes were not arranged even after two days, which was very disappointing. Overall, this was a poorly managed service and not what one expects from a professional catering company.

Best catering service in town for pure vegetarian food. Their chole bhature and rajma chawal remind me of home-cooked meals. The owner is a gem of a person, very understanding and accommodating.
