*Taste of Kashmir at Its Best!* Chinar Hospitality is truly a gem for anyone who loves authentic Kashmiri cuisine. The wazwan here is absolutely top-notch β rich, flavourful, and prepared with the kind of perfection that transports you straight to the valley of Kashmir. Every dish reflects the traditional taste and aroma thatβs hard to find elsewhere. The hospitality is equally impressive β warm, attentive, and full of heart. The staff makes you feel like a guest at a Kashmiri home rather than a restaurant. From the ambiance to the service and food presentation, everything speaks of care and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience genuine Kashmiri Flavors and unforgettable hospitality! πΈ
It was a wonderful way to spend the year end at Chinar, made even more special by meeting my old colleague and dear friend Ritoo madam after a long time. The authentic Kashmiri food was outstanding β rich in flavors, perfectly cooked, and reminded me of traditional home-style recipes. From the aroma to the taste, every dish felt special and comforting, making the entire experience memorable and a perfect way to close the year on a delicious note.
Tried their rajma and kehwa tea - best in the biz! The owner Mr Anshuman is really hospitable and kind. Glad we found an authentic Kashmiri restaurant in Pune. Took us right back to our vacay at Kashmir.
The Kashmiri Thali was a truly delightful experience. The rich blend of authentic spices, the balance of flavors, and the variety of traditional dishes made it very special. Each preparation had its own distinct taste, yet everything complemented each other beautifully. The Rogan Josh was perfectly cooked, the Nadru Yakhni had a subtle and refreshing flavor. The use of saffron, dry fruits, and aromatic spices reflected the true essence of Kashmiri cuisine. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was inviting. Ending the meal with Kahwa was the perfect touch it felt soothing and refreshing. Overall, the Kashmiri Thali was not just food but a cultural experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to explore authentic Kashmiri flavors.
Not authentic kashmiri food, tastes similar to north Indian dishes, even cooks are not from proper kashmiri origin , Food is oily and overpriced
