Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Style On Rent, JM Road Pune. The staff is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Even though the owner is my wife’s friend, there was absolutely no courtesy or basic decency. We visited the store around 8:15 pm, and instead of helping customers, the staff kept pressuring us aggressively, saying “take the decision in 15 minutes” because the shop was about to close. If you don’t want customers near closing time, clearly mention it instead of humiliating them. At the time of collection, they suddenly started giving lectures about returning clothes without wrinkles, which is completely unrealistic. On top of that, they created unnecessary drama about ID and address proof, which was not communicated in advance. Instead of understanding, they behaved as if we committed some crime. Overall: • Rude and arrogant staff • Zero customer respect • Poor communication • Unnecessary attitude • No professionalism I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place unless you enjoy being rushed, judged, and spoken to rudely. Absolutely NOT recommended.
