I recently rented a blazer for my office party and the rent and deposit is so reasonable. Also the fitting of blazer and alteration is so good, it looks like this piece is clearly stiched for me. The staff is so humble and nice, even they return the deposit on the spot without any delays. They have lots of choices in their shop about all the types of clothes for each kind of occasion. This was my first time to try rental clothings. I was truly amazed when I had visited Poppins when I saw all the apparels the one can rent for any sort of occasion. There were variety to choose and in a really affordable rates. A big thanks to Mr Suraj, for his excellent customer service skills, his eye for details and all the efforts he put in to choose a perfect outfit for me and my cousins. I went to thank him personally, sadly he had a day off on the same day 😅. Hope you see this, keep the gud work. Thanks
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before renting from this shop. They take a deposit but make excuses when it’s time to refund it. I’ve had to chase them multiple times with no proper response. The owner’s behavior was very rude and dismissive. Customer service is extremely poor, and they do not handle concerns professionally. Definitely not a trustworthy rental shop.
