WARNING: Deal with them strictly at your own risk. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. I had to chase them endlessly just to get my own deposit back (very small amount of Rs. 1000). They repeatedly ignored calls and conveniently stopped responding when it was time to refund the money. Even after I returned the item in proper condition and within the deadline, they avoided to return my deposit. Their excuses were endless, inconsistent, and clearly designed to delay or avoid repayment. This was my first and worst experience with them. It was frustrating, exhausting, and unacceptable. I will never deal with them again under any circumstances. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away and be extremely careful.
