Worst buying experience ever. The ring manufacturing is defective; the sizing is completely off and the finishing is rough. When I complained, the staff ignored my requirements and insisted the design was intentional. The billing counter staff are also very disrespectful. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers and provides quality work.
"I visited this store today as I purchase a gift for vastu shani. The worst jewellery shop ever seen my entire life. I brought a Ganpati Murti. They are not giving a packing of the gift and they are also not giving a bag. They bring a plastic Cari bag ( like a vegitable bag ) This jewellery shop staff is so rude, indifferent. they was very rude peoples do not give any service. So I personally says do not visit this shop anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Ranka Jewellers. After purchasing from them, I approached the store for a service-related requirement, and the experience was shocking. The staff was rude and completely unwilling to listen to the customer. This is not what one expects from such an old and reputed establishment. A few employees with such behavior can seriously damage the brandβs reputation. Good customer service should not end after the saleβit should continue throughout the relationship. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this jewellery shop. I had purchased a natural emerald from them back in 2015, and I went to the store today to return it. However, the staff denied that the stone was purchased from their shop and said they could not provide any related certificate. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the shopkeeper and especially the manager. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and did not even try to listen to my side of the story. As a long-time customer, I felt disrespected and unheard. This experience has left a very negative impression on me. I hope they improve their customer service and handle such situations more professionally in the future.
