Everything was good except the lady who is handling the guest. Once we entered the office booking enquiry, she showed us directly the rate card, without any greeting or showing rooms or halls. It was highly unprofessional for such a nice property. We really wanted to book this one, just because of there behaviour we are skipping it now. They should taught their employees how to greet people/guest.

Naivedhyam Eastoria is Nagpur's one of the finest hotel to stay in. It has all facilities and amenities inside the premises. Rooms are very well maintained. View is good. Rooms looks pretty good and premium. Only thing is not available is a TV. Chairs are also not available in rooms. Otherwise in house service is very good. Staff is well trained. There are sockets for charging but it's difficult to charge because of size of the socket. But they provide 3 pin for the same. Good hotel.

Personally i don't like this place very much. I was expecting good ambiance and awesome interior but it was below expectation. Food was just average and compulsory to take halls catering service which is worst for people. Price is very high and service is average. Personally i don't recommend this to middle class people. You will get very good opinions under same budget in nagpur.

Best place and best service. The best thing was the decoration and the cleanliness. It's dam cool and best. I can say that if you can afford this then do your wedding here . That's very special day of ours life and you always wanted to make it memorable.
