Attending this makeup school was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The training was hands-on, detailed, and incredibly inspiring. I learned everything from basic techniques to advanced artistry, all taught by knowledgeable instructors.
Saroj Ma’am is not just a teacher but a true mentor. She guided me from basic makeup to international-level techniques with immense patience and clarity. Her teaching style is very systematic, practical, and easy to understand, which helped me build strong confidence in my skills.
I booked bridal ,haldi, mehendi and sangeet make ups with Saroj. On mehendi day make up was very nice as Saroj did it. But other makeup’s done by her assistants and I am extremely disappointed with those makeup’s. Bridal day is once in a lifetime movement and I feel like it was ruined whenever I see my pics. Lipstick was not proper after wearing nath. And it’s highely visible in pics. I paid so much for all makeups and I feel like my once in a lifetime day got ruined. My money got wasted. In haldi eyelashes wasn’t proper, it was like coming out from eyes in pics. Same mistake happened with my sisters and mother’s makeups done by her assistant. It’s very disappointing that I spent so much money so that my makeup’s should be good but my special day , once in a lifetime moment got ruined by makeups done by her assistants. Eyelashes, eye corner , lipstick these are main things in makeup and that was done badly , ruined by her assistants. Feels like my money got wasted. And whenever I am seeing marriage pics I feel very bad. I can’t reshoot all those pics , rebook that hall , can’t marry again and recreated those moments. But I want my money back for bridal and haldi makeup.

I booked a bridal makeup session with Saroj Makeover for February and paid advance . Later, I had to cancel due some very urgent personal issues and offered to accept a 50% refund, assuming she might have incurred some loss. However, I later discovered she had no other bookings besides mine during that period—she was only accepting bookings for November and December. Despite this, she completely denied listening to my request. When I called to explain in hopes of a resolution, she hung up on me mid-conversation. To date, I have not received any refund or even a response. Additionally, many of her portfolio photos appear heavily photoshopped. While her initial booking communication was professional, the poor follow-through, lack of clear refund policy, refusal to negotiate were extremely disappointing. Suggestion: It would be immensely helpful if she clearly stated her cancellation/refund policy upfront. This transparency, professional communication, and realistic representation would greatly improve client trust.
