I went for a nail art in collaboration where I had my natural long nails but they wanted to teach on acrylic nails so I let them cut my original nails trusting them but the quality of products used in nail art is very cheap. My thumb nail polish was cracked just when I came down in the parking after doing the art and the next day within 24 hours one nail came off. There's also air filling up inside the nails which is indicating it'll too break soon. Please update your nail products to good one. I may have come for collaboration but this is not how a real customer also should face if someone puts their trust in you.

Terrible Experience - Avoid ISAS Nagpur Until Management Changes 🚨 I had an extremely disappointing and negative experience at the ISAS branch in Nagpur, primarily due to the behavior of the Beauty Manager. The manager's professional conduct is severely lacking. Their behavior is unacceptable and far from professional. I observed and experienced high levels of pressure being put on students (or young attendees) regarding finances. They are constantly harassing people for payments and demanding money repeatedly, creating a very stressful and unpleasant environment. This manager's actions border on fraudulent behavior. The atmosphere is not conducive to learning or a positive customer experience. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this branch as long as this manager is in place. Save your time and money and look for a reputable institution elsewhere. This needs immediate attention from the higher management of ISAS.
