B.B. Cards Choice

I had placed an order for 300 cards. After finalizing the matter, I was given a date. I called on that date, but my call was not received. The next day, when I called again, they said the cards were being printed and I could collect them after 2 days. After 2 days, when I called again, they said the printing was done but the lace work was pending and to come after another 2 days. Then, after 2 more days, when I called again, they said the card design I had selected was not available and asked me to choose another one. Now only 20 days are left for the wedding, and at the last moment, they are saying that the card I had chosen is not available. They lied to me, saying that the cards had been printed and the lace work had started. At the very least, they should have called me earlier to inform me that the card I selected was not available and asked me to visit the shop to choose another design. Also, the correction I had asked for was not done properly — the cards were printed with the same mistake. It was my worst experience ever, and the staff is even worse — they don’t know how to talk properly. I strongly request everyone not to go to this shop for card printing, even by mistake.

Worst experience ever . I was scammed, I gave order for 300 cards which I choose by selecting by investing 2hrs and placed the order for 15300/- which is not a small amount .I ordered a premium box card I ordered on 29 july 2025 and the shop owners scammed me by giving us a different card and that too after 2 months creating a panic for us as my wedding was approaching soon in 15 days. In between , they called us atleast 5-6 times and when you visit the shop nobody cares even though being from outside of nagpur. I live in wardha and it is 80km away and very difficult for me to travel just to see minute details of the card that could be solved on call also. I got very frustated by the shop owners and the staff , doing bussiness without any commitment. At last they were not giving us the card and taking a lot of time so I have to raise a complaint against them as my marriage was approaching very near and we also have to distribute the cards to people outside India also but the shopkeepers didn’t cared. We were ready to lodge an FIR at police station as they were trying to scam us . As soon as we raised the concern , we got our cards the next day .. this is how they need to resolve the issue . I have my contacts thats fine but what about common people who gets scammed by these unprofessional shopkeeper. Never ever give your hard earned money to these scammers card shop. Please go elsewhere , many good options in nagpur for cards.

NOTE MY BILL NO 4401 They just know to take the money at the time of booking. They don't know the meaning of "delivery date" on my bill there is no ETA. They don't even value customer timelines. It's been 3 days I am chasing for my wedding cards. I have to send the cards through courier to my relatives and friends so they can plan their travel, but these BB cards pathetic people due to lack of education does not understand the meaning of timeline and delivery dates. Don't place any orders from them. Your whole time will go in chasing them for your own wedding cards.
