I purchased a lehenga from Saree Niketan, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Due to some personal reasons, I couldn’t pick it up myself, but the condition in which they delivered it was completely unacceptable. The lehenga was given to me in a basic cotton bag with a broken zipper. It was not wearable at all. They had clearly promised steam ironing and polishing, but none of it was done. For a shop like Saree Niketan, this level of careless service is shocking and very unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend buying or trusting them with important outfits. I hope they seriously improve their quality and customer service.
