Firstly EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I saw same dress in cheaper rates in same lane after buying from here. Regretted alot. I bought dresses and they took time of 1 whole week for finishing and fitting. Still when I called for dress they weren't ready . I asked for urgent delivery as I needed them . When I got my dresses Alterations were horrible, not at all according to my size and fitting. Way too small. No finishings were done . Moti work was broken , even simple moti on my choker dupatta was missing. They couldn't fix that clearly visible detail. Never ever recommend this place to anyone for shopping OVERPRICED plus NO FINISHINGS AND FITTINGS DONE. Ruined the whole experience and dress. Sad extremely unhappy and bad experience.

Plzz don't go...These shopkeepers mentality is just pathetic..they scream and show attitude to them on the basis of which they earn their bread..that is why I prefer online shopping Anny how let me tell u my encounter…. I went to shop dresses and ,,at first they behaved very decently and when I asked the price of a dress he started being very polite and was very annoying too so I thought let's purchase one of them as they were so dominating,,so I have given the advance payment but u knw god always select the best thing for u,,coincidently one of my cousin purchased the same outfit which I have booked for myself,,so the very next day I had gone for the cancellation of that outfit but there comes the rude behaviour of the shopkeeper and he's was like “u will not get the refund,,kuch aur khareed lo,,khareedna nai tha toh aae q”

Absolutely the worst experience at Rajgharana, Bardi, Nagpur. I bought a lehenga worth around 7k, and what they gave me had a visible stain on it! I genuinely liked the lehenga, and during purchase they assured me that polishing, fitting, and everything would be fixed. But when they called me one week later for pickup, they had only done the blouse fitting—nothing else was fixed. The lehenga still had the same stain, the mirrors were coming off, the can-can was dirty and smelly, and it wasn’t even set properly. When I asked them to fix it, they started talking rudely and arrogantly. Even their so-called master is absolutely unskilled. After repeatedly requesting, they added mirrors but the finishing was so bad—all glue visible, no neatness at all. This place is full of unprofessional, lazy staff with zero skill set. Worst service ever. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. And it’s not just me—I've seen many customers facing the same issues when I visited. Save your money and your sanity. Avoid Rajgharana completely.

I wish I could give 0 stars very bad customer service, the owner is horrible, receptionist is stupid, doesn’t know how to answer. The clothes are good but the alterations they do is way tooooo bad, I ve seen people come there and scream at the team cause of the delays and fault in alterations Pls don’t visit To be added — the owner (Sagar Jain) called my cousin black and he was comparing in terms of “gori and kali “ he is extremely bad. Pls DO NOT GO TO THE SHOP very bad customer service and bad management
