I hosted a Sangeet party at this venue. It has all it takes to make a party a success. The staff is very helpful. The place headed by Mr Chintan delivered what was expected by them albeit a few hiccups. Good ambience, & excellent decor . The airconditioning in the summer heat was adequately effective with food counter in the open also cooled with air coolers. The food which is taken care by Bawa hotel was also very much liked by all guests. Mr Manmeet heading the F&B was also very cooperative & helpful. Downside: The bar staff were totally unprofessional. Drinks served to guests without enquiring the dilution/size of their drinks and without serviettes. Also lacking in knowledge of preparation of cocktails. Starters service not reaching out evenly to all guests. Some pettiness in the F&B billing/ where they try to squeeze out maximum from the customer which leaves a bad taste. Beware of being slapped with extra charges at the end of the function which have not being conveyed to you earlier. And then the management points at clauses from their website. A CONTRACT SHOULD BE DEFINITELY DRAWN WITH THIS BANQUETS AND NOTHING SHOULD BE LEFT ON VERBAL AGREEMENTS!!
Had the privilege of having my Wedding Sangeet function here and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The service, the decor, the vibe and especially the food here was exceptional. There were a lot of satisfied guests who had a fabulous time. Thank you Grande Imperial for making this special occasion so memorable for me.
Most commonly used for weddings and small reception. With great capacity and infrastructure. Well maintained environment and good looking entrance. Place is situated 10 minutes away from Versova metro station. Its near the Sindhudurg bhavan, RTO road. Staff are also well managed by the venue. Conferences, summits, weddings, small events , indoor events are usually done here.
The layout and banquet is relatively small & is good for small parties and functions. The setup of the place and the ambiance is great, however the restrooms are in poor to bad condition which is really a let down. Incase, you are planning on booking the place make sure to inspect the restrooms first & that things are working & the water is available.
