Worst Photography & Videography Experience – Strongly Not Recommended Engaging Shoot Express Photography has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating professional service experiences I have ever faced. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of professionalism, coordination, and accountability. What was promised at the time of booking was entirely different from what was delivered. The team showed poor planning, casual attitude, and an alarming disregard for client expectations. The photographs and videos were shockingly substandard—poor framing, inconsistent lighting, lack of creativity, and amateur-level execution. Important moments were either badly captured or missed altogether. The editing quality was equally pathetic, appearing rushed, careless, and far below industry standards. Communication was another major failure. Follow-ups were ignored, timelines were repeatedly breached, and commitments were made only to be casually broken. There was no sense of responsibility, no apology, and no effort to rectify the issues even after repeated reminders. For a service that claims to be professional photography and videography, the output reflected absolute incompetence and indifference. This is not just bad service—it is a complete waste of time, money, and trust. I would strongly caution anyone considering Shoot Express Photography to think twice. There are far more reliable and competent professionals available. This experience was deeply unsatisfactory and regretful, and I would never recommend this service to anyone. They create a nice album We had a good experience with Shoot Express Photography for our first' year birthday photoshoot. The photographer was an expert with kids and knew when to click, perfect shoot etc. He showed good patience during the shoot. The raw photos came out to be quite good and so did the edited photos. Perfect memory for us and our child for life time.
