Very rude way of talking No manners of treating costumer Please think twice before booking them Or better to avoid

Before posting this review, let this be a warning that if you refuse that you never did our mehendi like you have with earlier bad reviews, I have pictures of you and your ladies at our mehendi ceremony (which I am not adding in this review out of respect for you) as well as screenshots of our chat with you, so don’t try to refuse that and be professional for once and take accountability of your actions. This is the first time in my life I have ever wished for a 0 star rating because your service was a big disappointment. We booked their service on 5th of Dec at Marine Drive at 3pm and they arrived by 4:30pm. It was so shocking to see no professionalism or punctuality, and they arrived with no apologies even after at least 50 calls from us. Once they began the mehendi, they only designed a singular strand of a floral pattern on everyone’s hands but they charged us double the amount that was agreed upon, and only for one single side. The agreed upon charge was for both sides of the hand and not singular. The attitude of two out of the three ladies that came was also a bit rude. The quality of Mehendi was also quite bad and was peeling on the second day already. When you are booking Mehendi professionals on a very special day of your life, you demand professionalism from them. I would not recommend these ladies if you are booking them for your Mehendi ceremony. I hope they take accountability and learn from the bad reviews so they can improve their services in the future.

Very sweet and innocent! No words for her designs and henna art. She has low rates compared to other mehandi artist. And she is a professional mehandi artist. I would recommend to all of you reading my review on her!
