Very good service and selection of cards. The sales team have to be mindful of not serving several customers at the same time which could cause confusion and misunderstanding.Clear formal quotations need to be given and not on scraps of paper.
Its a good place to check out for locals (esp before going to south mumbai as I was suggested to go). Quite reasonable rates and variety of collection. Salesperson was helpful and promised to deliver good end result. PS: i have just given order and yet to receive the finished product but happy with things so far. Gemini cards had a beautiful wedding card collection. They have a lot to choose from and very different and pretty invitations. Through their website I immediately liked one card very much and with whatsapp I got good information. When I went to the store in Mumbai (during my wedding-shop-vacation) they really took their time to show A LOT. In the beginning they say that everything is possible, but when I decided what I wanted after a time of negotiating they told me that it was not possible within the time I stayed in India. So that seemed like a waste of a lot of our time. Eventually they told me that they will arrange it. After, they really took seriously that the text in Dutch would be without spelling mistakes. And they give me enough time to check it. Eventually I picked up my wedding cards and they looked amazing. Like 5% of the cards were a bit off (nothing big) and the price that I paid for it was very acceptable for Dutch standards.
