Great food and great management. My function was of 4500 people and the way these guys have managed to do it is really commendable... We visited as guest for reception in the grand fm banquet hall in jogeshwari west on 14 Jun 2023. After serving the food the waiter. Asks for tip and my husband gave him rs 50 i told not to give but then also my husband gave him telling let it be. Teach some manners to waiter we was guest there not your customer. We visited many reception but never ever any waiter asks for tip. Shame on quality as no quality of manner

Asalamu alaikum waharamatullahi wa Barkathu, 19-04-2023 at 10.30 pm at Jogeshwari West I had ordered zamzam Pulao for ethekaaf and family for 70 people gave 12 kg mutton and 10 kg chickens food was made good but the mutton was missing it look like that they missed to put the mutton in it. Very embarrassing for me in front of my guest and friends of Masjid. Called up but they didn’t hear about the mutton and bluntly said we have done as per orders. Very bad service and owner FAHAD didn’t accept it. I would give 1 star for such behaviour and bad service. Hence forth whenever if any one provides orders please do check actual receipt of foods.
