Good Food Concept - Catering Services

Very poor experience. Amit from their team did a really poor job coordinating the whole thing. Would not recommend. Clarification - I ordered in 2024 and I was late to post a review. Something Mr. Amit called me regarding and highlighted I should mention here. No remorse or discussion about the feedback but just that I should mention that the review is for an order from 2024.

We had a very poor experience - the catering crew showed up 15 mins before the event started! All our food service was delayed, and some of the dishes were very poor quality because they were put together at the last minute. Watery pasta, overly salty noodles, mezze platter but falafel was missing for the first hour. The service crew that came to the event was polite and helpful, but there was little they could do to salvage the situation. Super disorganised!

Had a really bad experience with their oriental cuisine. The food was highly sub standard in quality, instructions were not adhered to inspite of repeated reminders. The service provided was very unprofessional, from arriving late to soiled platters etc., and bad packaging, all in all a total mess. For the price we paid it was a total rip off. Any street food would have been far better. Will not be ever using the services of GFC again. And the less said about the manager Amit the better. Total apathy and disinterest in his job. A special mention for the server Ashok who was very helpful and well mannered, the only redeeming feature of our whole experience!

My association with Good food concept goes back a couple of years. Whenever I’ve had a party at home, I’ve always relied on Virendra and his team. It’s always been a pleasure to deal with them, they are thoroughly professional. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service impeccable. They go out of their way to make the occasion a memorable one. I would definitely recommend them!
