Writing this review as I don’t want any bride to go through what I experienced reaching here after watching reels on Instagram. Very bad Shop and super rude. All they know is to back answer customers and pass taunts. A person would still tolerate all this only if the quality of clothes and tailoring service was up to the mark. Unfortunately it was not. They ruined my dress completely and were just defending themselves. Nobody even said sorry. So much attitude only because they think they are publicly famous on Instagram. They had to issue a refund Becoz they knew it was an error from their end. The working staff taunted me saying “Apko lena hi nhi tha lagta” what a shame!!! We are spending thousands on a dress, trusting you with alterations, you’re promising us best and delivering absolute crap. And also throwing taunts on customers. My request to genuine buyers, please do not visit this place at all. Even before wearing the dress all the work/beads will start to fall off. I was just checking the size and a couple of beads fell off. There were so many customers with complaints and disappointments along with my case.

Staff is really rude , they don’t have manners to talk with the customers . I don’t have any problem from fixed rate and cloths . But the staff is really very rude , and as well as the owner !! Don’t go here !!

Very Bad Experience at stores. No one attended willingly. After purchasing a dress of 7,500/- not delivered after alterations on the committed date. Did not give proper packing bag to keep the dress. Very unprofessional people. No politeness, no value for our money nor time. They don't need Customers. Will never visit or buy any product from them.

Everything was good when the owner was sitting in the shop, the moment owner left the shop the staff became rude to the point we decided not to buy and while we were leaving the salesman passed a comment ‘itni mehnat karwake ab kuch le nahi rahe ho’ . Tried to explain him it was because the way he spoke but it was of no use as they all started arguing except one guy who was trying to handle the situation (the guy with beard was mature enough to let go and even said sorry in the end while all of the other staff were just arguing) I wish the owner would have came at that point of time and saw how the staff handles their customer when he is not around
