Delays in delivery and irresponsible staff at the store. They take advance payment and forget the order completely unless we follow up. Even after following up, last moment delivery was done. No trial was also possible because the delivery was so delayed and this was for my wedding reception outfit. Mayur was my POC at the store and the service experience was not good at all. Very disappointing!
