I never felt judged moreover she talked me through the process and really put a smile on my face. Vijay Singh was the man that found me my outfit. He put in so much effort into finding us the outfits that fit our tastes. Would highly recommend the entire shopping experience. The team is highly skilled and sweet.

The team pulled so many beautiful options and colors for me to try on and truly helped me find styles that suited me. They were warm, attentive, and even offered beverages while I browsed. A special thank-you to Pankaj, Chaudhary, and Manisha — they were all incredibly helpful and patient. They even completed an alteration for me in about 10 minutes, which was amazing. Mr. Jeet at Roopkala is an excellent salesperson. I had gone hunting for a last minute sangeet outfit for a family wedding. Within 5 mins of showing me various outfits, he gauged what my preference is and showed me the right outfits as per my budget and liking. Not only is the collection great but also the attitude of the staff. This store is highly recommend.
