Gave us the wrong designed blouse. They said they would cross check with us before finalising the design. But no communication from their side during the process of making the blouse. Delivered at the end moment and the size was also not according to the measurements given. Went by their store to ask for an alteration or new design of the blouse, but they can’t take as it’s not been given in their “stipulated time frame”. How are we supposed to give within the time frame, when it arrives just few days before the wedding? Will never recommend it. Bought 4 outfits, but fittings and service which they provide is very very bad.
