I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my purchase from your Mahalaxmi branch. I had purchased multiple sarees across different price ranges for marriage purposes, trusting the long-standing reputation and quality associated with the Nalli brand. However, to my shock, the saree chosen specifically to wear during the marriage function was found to be ruffued/old while draping it. This clearly indicates that the product was not in fresh or acceptable condition at the time of purchase. This has caused me significant concern, especially because several sarees from the same purchase were gifted during the marriage. I am extremely worried about the impression it may create if any of those gifted sarees also have similar issues.
