I discovered Moh Mith Fabrics last year, and since then, it has been my go-to place for fabrics. They have a great collection that suits my taste, making it a preferred choice whenever I need quality materials. Initially, my experience with their service was excellent. The staff was attentive, and the overall shopping experience felt welcoming. However, on my recent visits, I noticed a decline in their service. The staff didn’t seem as helpful or considerate as before. Despite being a regular customer, I felt that my presence wasn’t valued, and there was little effort to engage or assist. Another thing I observed is that they don’t offer any discounts, even to regular customers. While I understand that quality comes at a price, a little flexibility or acknowledgment of loyalty would go a long way in building customer relationships. When I first started shopping here, they encouraged me to buy from them regularly, but now that I do, it feels like prices have increased, making it a bit expensive. That being said, their fabric collection remains impressive, which is why I still visit. If they could work on improving customer service and making customers feel more valued, the overall shopping experience would be much better.
