This shop has been around for ages, and the courtesy of the people showing you stuff is okay. They have no courtesy to ask you for water or tea. The sitting is down on ground which is highly inconvenient for many people, but here’s the thing you need to watch out for is their service and after sales service, I had an experience where due to some family emergency, I had told him not to courier my Sari to my house and I would personally collect it from the store and it was a ₹45,000 sari. They carelessly ignored my 15 phone calls to them and send it to my house, despite me telling them not to send it as no one was there to receive it. They even did not have any courtesy to return my 15 frantic calls requesting them not to dispatch the sari in a courier service as it could be stolen or lost .luckily i had just come home from the hospital to collect some reports and the courier guy came to deliver the sari. I still have to inspect my sari, hopefully, that will be okay and not messed up as the courier service or after sales customer service. Very poor after sales service and help

I brought the saree from you but not happy after you send very bad finishing still have lot of threads on the back not happy at all It was a gift for someone Did not expect this from a reputed place
