It's a hug showroom with variety range of sarees. You can get premium quality sarees here. It is situated in walkable distance from Dadar Station. Arrangements are very well done to perfectly handle customers and ample seating areas. I would recommend this saree shop as a must visit for saree lovers.
I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we entered, the staff at the gate were quite rude. Instead of allowing us to browse freely, we were asked to sit at a table and their employee brought only 4–5 sarees at a time. We were not shown variety, and the whole process felt slow, boring, and controlled. It took a lot of our time, and we still could not see many sarees. When I asked about Silk Mark for a Paithani saree worth ₹10,000, the person behaved very rudely and said that “silk sarees don’t come with silk mark” and even challenged me to “show one if you can.” This is unacceptable behaviour, especially when customers are simply asking for basic product information. I still purchased one saree, but when I went to collect it the next day, I was told to come through the back gate because the front gate was “only for new customers.” This was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should be treated differently just because their purchase is already done. Overall, the attitude, the limited display, unnecessary restrictions, and rude behaviour made the entire experience very unpleasant. I expected much better service from a well-known shop. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their customer service and transparency.
I generally don’t write negative reviews, but my experience at Shop Bharatkshetra was extremely disappointing. At the entrance, they had written that only 8 people are allowed inside, and the entry staff started arguing with us in a very rude manner, making us feel as if we were beggars. The saree showroom staff were full of attitude, behaving as though we were there just to enjoy the air conditioning rather than to shop. All the staff members were unprofessional, and the collection of sarees was very limited, overpriced, and overhyped. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. On the first floor, one of the ladies even started arguing with both our family and the groom’s family — such behavior is unacceptable in a customer-oriented business. With such staff, the shop is bound to lose customers.Even after being treated poorly, we still spent ₹40,000 and later went to another shop where the experience was far better. There are many good shops in Dadar West — please choose those instead. The attitude and behavior of this staff are truly third-class and careless. Their karma will surely catch up with them one day.
Best in Sarees. Also affordable. People say it is very costly but it is not that much as compared to more bridal shops in all over Mumbai. Also so many varieties. I bought my Engagement and Vidhi Saree from here. Loved it very much. Also the sales person are very good they just know what will look good on you and what you will like!!
This shop is not recommended. We spent ₹40,000 on sarees, and they didn’t even have the basic courtesy to provide carry bags. For a store charging premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. It’s shocking how they show no respect for customers after making such big purchases. Very poor customer experience wouldn’t advise anyone to shop here. Saree ccollection is way too costly, you can get same for a better price from other shops
