I’ve had the worst possible experience with Benzer. I’m not one to write a negative review but the recent experience has been so horrific. I’ve been a regular customer ordering for home delivery. I recently ordered a box of spotted cow mozzarella on the 15th of November. When it reached me i automatically opened it, had some, gave some to my 1 year old child. When both of us were down with a bad stomach shortly thereafter i checked the box. It was completely expired by many days. I immediately contacted Benzer and asked them to refund or replace it. I had taken a photo of the expiry date and sent it to them. I requested them to take more care of their processes and stock. They simply didn’t respond. I followed up a day later. They then stated they can’t do anything as I’d thrown the box of rancid cheese, even though i had shared a photo The last 5 days I’ve spent on tireless calls trying to explain that this is terrible customer service and they must replace product. They’ve completely refused any cooperation. I’ve asked to speak to managers and to their owners- all to no avail. The box of cheese doesn’t matter - and it’s not about the refund. But the complete lack of care for having expired stock, or that their customers have gotten sick from their stock - is what shocks me.
Horrible staff and have zero decency . They don't have manner to communicate to customers. We have been regular customers simce year but they still show attitude as in They are doing favour by letting us buy. This is the biggest downfall of any shop who treats customer this way. Answer to the query it was mr nitesh from your store. so the minute we entered the store yesterday on 18th jan. we had just taken the cart and he commented please fill the cart only for things you need types. dont put extra things which you not buying . So to give you a brief we buy during diwali for home and office staff and we normally spend Rs +2 lacs during a year from departemental store in gifting and personal usage . so 3 months back when shopping my daughter filled the cart and we refused to buy the full thing . but we also helped the shop to keep things back in the rack and made our daughter apologize for the same. Please note that this happened only 1 time during out of so many years of shopping with benzer. But yesterday when we entered the store , this mr nitesh directly commenting on our buying power and saying filling only required is not the taunt i expect immediately that too entering your shop. i have been regular visitor and my corporate office gift is also we buy from the based on the experience. But yesterday it was very insulting and bad customer service . We immediately left and i dont intend to shop from such place anymore.
It's located in breech Kandy area very high grade area, people live near this store like this type of branded shops. This is exactly high quality, high price, brands shop. Where you get varieties in men's clothes woman as well perfumes cosmetic and many more. Good Store, price want find low, sometimes they keep genuine sale. From sep2020 They changed their store with lots of new varieties like cake, vegetables, fruits, ice-cream groceries, sauce, variety of breads must visit store Best part is sitting arrangements Quality and interior is too good. Prices on MRP. But enjoying shopping with family.
It's now more of an elite grocery store, and not at all like it used to be before, where you could find unusual artifacts and decor for your home. We were very disappointed with the change.
Good variety .. specially fresh peanut and almond butter ..quality of sweets and farsan super … collection of clothes also adequate spread on two floors .. A nice outing
