We booked this hotel for our wedding, and all payments were made in advance by my father. Unfortunately, after receiving full payment, the owner’s attitude completely changed. Before booking, it was clearly discussed and confirmed that the vidai would take place between 6:00–6:30 AM, and therefore breakfast would be provided early in the morning. This was the main reason we finalized this hotel. However, on the wedding morning, when we requested breakfast, the reception staff rudely told us to wait till 8:30 AM. This was shocking and unacceptable, especially on such an important day. When we tried to speak to the owner, instead of resolving the issue, he said that all arrangements were already done and no refund would be given. After that, he stopped answering our calls completely. This behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Making false promises before payment and then refusing to cooperate afterward is not how a reputed hotel should operate. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking this hotel for weddings or important events. Please get everything in written confirmation, otherwise you may face the same issues we did.

Owner is not good money minded people charging for literally every small thing. We booked a hall, before booking they told they will provide one complimentary room to us but later they refused to give and charged almost double of the price we saw online as we don't have the other option we have to pay the amount

Hired it for wedding ceremony. They are demanding in town for reasons. Aptly located. Fabulous decor. Good food and service make this worth of cost. Rooms are very tidy and classy. Not so spacious though. It has open lawn and indoor area too. Can cater to all your events needs. For best experience reach them in advance negotiate on your needs and get the work done.
