This was my dream to get my makeup done at Bhaavya Makeup Studio. I was actually planning to book them for my wedding, but unfortunately I couldn’t get the date. I then decided to get my makeup done for another important event, thinking it would still be a great experience. Sadly, it turned out to be very disappointing. I had clearly informed the senior makeup artist that I have dry skin, yet within 3 hours the makeup started cracking badly. Instead of people asking where I got my makeup done, everyone at the venue was pointing out how bad it looked and the visible cracks. It was embarrassing and ruined my confidence during the event. Given the studio’s reputation and the fact that this was done by a senior artist, I expected much better skin preparation and product selection. After this experience, I’m honestly thankful I didn’t get my wedding makeup done here, because what I faced at this event was not something anyone would want on their wedding day. This experience happened in November, and it still disappoints me when I think about it. I truly hope the studio takes such feedback seriously and improves the quality of their services.
