BK Studio on my wedding day was chaos. I left my Haldi early so I am not late for their make.up.for wedding but for two hours they did nothing. Not even press on nails or blow dry. Basically they are understaffed and overbooked and somehow now they find it okay to ruin a brides day as long as their topline is increasing. They refuse to expand hire more people and yet take make ups cause of greed. And the manager at staff she just oversells services without no genuine advice. It reeks of desperation. On my wedding day she made my small eyes look smaller, my entire hair had fly aways, they did not even know how to drape or contour. Bhavya Kapoor is a nightmare. She does not take feedback. Her junior Harshita does the make up 1000 better than her. They ruined my special day all for extra money. She criticised the bride in front of me who she had dresses up because bride wanted some changes in her look. There was no staff that day. Her assistent could not even put press on nails and she did zero contouring on a plus size women. Also they don't clean their washrooms. Hygiene is a nightmare. I would request her juniors to go independent and offer services to clients independently. On my wedding day they paid no attention on my look and just rushed things. Bhavya Kapoor ate boiled eggs with her hands and used same hands to touch my face.

I got a haircut done at BK’s Gokhale Marg Branch a couple of months ago and I was very particular about the kind of haircut I wanted. I had a pretty short one in mind and it wasn’t going to be simple as I am blessed with volume and my hair quality is thick too. If not done right, the outcome could turn nightmarish too. But Aryan was the guy who took it upon himself to give me the haircut I had visualised and he took his own sweet time to patiently cut each strand of hair just the way it should be. Needless to say, the final result was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Aryan to anybody who’s looking for a nice, clean, and trendy haircut.
