My experience with Kumar Cards was terrible! Customization seems to be a challenge for them. I designed my wedding card digitally, from drawing the artwork, logo, deciding on the font, text, paper quality right down to every single detail that went onto it - all they had to do was PRINT IT CORRECTLY. The pictures I've attached will tell you explicitly how horribly wrong the alignment of the artwork & the text was, for not just one card but more than 50% OF THE TOTAL CARDS (spilled ink and dust on paper included). The condition in which I received my WHITE WEDDING CARDS was simply deplorable. Thrown into a torn, shabby carton without a single layer of plastic covering, well past the delivery deadline. As a result, I had to return MOST of the cards for RE-PRINTING and was literally forced to use the 20% of the flawed ones. After a couple of stressful weeks and countless phone calls & reminders, the cards were delivered but still with few errors. For the HIGH PRICE & decently large quantity, the quality & work ethic was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
