We booked Shamsison Decorator for our wedding based on promises and reference designs they showed us. I am attaching the reference image we approved and the final result they delivered — the difference speaks for itself. The final decoration was nowhere close to what was promised: • No similarity in design, layout, or finish • Cheap-looking execution instead of a royal, elegant setup • Poor lighting, poor proportions, and completely changed concept • The entire wedding stage look was ruined on our most important day This is not a small variation — it is misrepresentation and unprofessionalism. When you charge premium money and show premium references, you are expected to deliver at least 70–80% of that quality. What we got wasn’t even 30%. A wedding happens once in a lifetime. Because of this team’s irresponsibility and lack of honesty, our main stage and photos are permanently affected. I would strongly warn future couples to: • Get everything in writing • Don’t trust verbal promises • Think twice before booking Shamsison Decorator, Lucknow Extremely disappointed.

To all the customers and clients, my only suggestion is to not do full amount payment before the event. It was my biggest mistake and I repent it to this day. I heard they are the best in Lucknow but they didn't deliver the services they vouched for and you are left with nothing on the day of event. In my case they did 5 chandeliers instead of 7 and the sofa was also not as expected. The front line stage decoration and backdrop was also not what they initially vouched for. This was highly highly unacceptable and irresponsible on their part. These are the two pictures of what they promised and what they delivered.
