My experience with Tilsim by Sagarika Malhotra was extremely disappointing. The owner’s attitude was highly unprofessional — self-obsessed, rude, and unwilling to take any feedback or responsibility. Despite being in the couture business, there was a complete lack of customer empathy and basic courtesy. Instead of understanding the client’s requirements or concerns, she came across as adamant and dismissive. I expected professionalism and a pleasant experience while ordering a designer outfit, but what I faced was the opposite. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values respect, communication, and accountability.

The collection is amazing with such intricate details on every piece. I cannot leave without buying a new outfit. It is definitely my go to place if i want something for any occassion.

Great collection. Love the use of hand embroidery in outfits. Very classy and luxurious range. One of its kind in the city of nawabs. Sagarika and her team are doing a fabulous work in making us look good.
