Worst store in Lucknow!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST! I bought an outfit in December and clearly told them It was for a wedding on 18th jan and must be ready by 15th. When i went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started the alterations and kept lying that it was “in progress” while there own staff said no work had Begun. They wasted my time, my money, made me wait and still did nothing. I even gave them extra Time for another event and they still couldn’t manage a simple zip change. They just keep fooling you on your face

Recently I purchased my dress from here. Something I want to share about the behaviour of the sell representatives there. Which is too rude and not at all helpful in the pov of customer. They got irritated easily when trail rooms are full. I think that should be taken care of by the managing team.
